Kathy Harris
Musician Kathy Harris When they fell in love with Tucson and moved here in 2006, Roger and Kathy started performing as Two Way Traffic and helped organize open mics and hosted house concerts in their home. With friends, they also helped organize and performed a Music In The Schools program, where she wore a chicken suit, played the fiddle, and was affectionately known as "Chicken Fiddle". Unfortunately, Roger suffered an accident while volunteering at the Tucson Folk Festival in 2007 and passed away as a result of his injuries in 2010. Kathy Harris as "Chicken Fiddle"
Kathy continued making music on her own. She plays autoharp, sings and writes songs, has performed as a solo act and with local groups including Heart Of The Strings and Wild Angels at local venues and folk festivals, including the Tucson Folk Festival the past three years.
